What will this actually cost?
We quote a flat price on the phone before we dispatch, based on what you tell us. That's what you pay; no hidden fees and no surprise charges at the door.
Is this a real local company, or a call center?
We're a family-run, Munhall-based business, not a national call center or a lead-gen service that resells your number. Every review you see is a public Google review from a customer we actually helped.
Will you damage my lock?
No. We pick locks, we don't drill them. Drilling is a last resort for high-security models, and we'd quote it separately before touching the cylinder.
Are you actually open at 3 a.m.?
Yes. Dispatch is staffed all night, every night of the year, and a stocked truck is ready to roll.
Do you charge extra at night or on weekends?
No. The quote you get at 3 a.m. is the same one you'd get at 3 p.m.
Do I need to get my car towed?
No, that's the point of a mobile locksmith. We open, cut, and program at your car, wherever it's parked. If a job genuinely can't be finished on-site, we'll tell you on the phone and you don't pay the trip.
