Privacy policy
Mobile Locksmith of Pittsburgh is a family-run locksmith business based in Munhall, PA. This page explains what information we collect through this website and our phone line, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it. The short version: we collect only what we need to quote a job, dispatch a truck, and run our advertising, and we don't sell any of it.
What we collect
- Callback form. If you ask for a callback through the form on this site, we receive the service you picked, the location you entered, and your phone number. On the pages we run ads to, the form also records which ad campaign brought you here, including Google's click identifier (gclid), so we can tell which ads work.
- Phone calls. When you call us, we see your caller ID and note what you tell dispatch — typically your name, address or location, and what the job is — so we can quote it and send the right truck.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps routine technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability. This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own.
- Google services. The reviews shown on this site are public Google reviews, loaded from Google; when they load, your browser talks to Google directly. If you reached us through a Google ad, Google also measures that click. Google's own privacy policy applies to what Google collects.
How we use it
We use your information to call you back, quote the job, dispatch a technician, complete the work, and keep normal business records of it. Campaign and click information is used only to measure our advertising. That's the whole list.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with anyone except the services we need to run the business, like our hosting provider and Google's advertising measurement. We don't add you to marketing lists, and we don't send marketing texts or emails.
How long we keep it
We keep records of quotes and completed jobs for as long as ordinary business and tax records require, then dispose of them.

Children
This site is for people who need a locksmith, not for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
